Who we are
Freshy's Baking Club, 7 Santiluk Rd, Chang Phueak, Chiang Mai, 50300 Thailand. These terms apply when you place an order, request a quote, buy a voucher, or book a class through this website. By ordering, you agree to them. Questions? Email hello@freshysbakingclub.com.
Orders and payment
All prices are in Thai Baht. Payment is by bank transfer or PromptPay — we don't process card payments on the site. Your order or class booking is confirmed once we've received and verified your payment; until then, dates and class spots are not reserved. After paying, upload your transfer slip on your order page (or send it to us) so we can confirm it.
Custom and wedding cakes
Custom and wedding cakes start with a quote. Once we've agreed the design and price with you, payment of the quoted amount confirms the order. Hand-sculpted cakes are made to order — the finished cake will match the agreed design closely, though small variations are part of handmade work.
Baking classes
Class spots are limited and confirmed on payment. Children attend under the booking parent or guardian's responsibility. If we ever need to change a class time, we'll contact you via your preferred contact method to arrange an alternative. Photos at classes are only taken with your explicit consent — see our Privacy Policy.
Vouchers
Vouchers can be redeemed against classes and purchases with us. They are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash.
Delivery and collection
You choose a delivery or collection date at checkout. For delivery, please make sure the address and map location you provide are accurate — we'll contact you if anything is unclear. Once a cake is handed over in good condition, transport and storage are in your hands (cakes are delicate — keep them cool and flat).
Changes and cancellations
Plans change — contact us as early as you can and we'll do our best to reschedule or adjust your order. Because cakes are made to order and class spots are held for you, work already begun or very late cancellations may not be refundable. Where a refund is due, it may be issued as store credit or to your original payment method. If we ever have to cancel on you, you'll get a full refund.
Allergens
Our kitchen handles nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, and soy. Tell us about any allergies when ordering or booking and we'll take every practical precaution, but we cannot guarantee any product is completely free of traces. If an allergy is severe, please talk to us before ordering.
Our content
The photos, designs, and text on this site are ours. Please don't reuse them commercially without asking.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Thai consumer law. Beyond what the law requires, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
