I'm a Chiang Mai-based baker whose passion is bringing the best homemade flavours to Thailand. I learned how to bake while living in San Diego and started my business in 2019.

I specialize in fondant sculpting, and my goal is to turn your ideas into delicious artwork. I also offer kids baking classes, my mission is to inspire kids with fun projects, all classes are hands-on, kids can even bake their own birthday cake!

Our classes are specifically designed for kids aged 6-12 who are looking to celebrate their special day in a unique and memorable way. Kids can bring a friend to join in, making it the perfect activity leading up to thier birthday party.

Choose from our selection of cake flavours, including classic vanilla, rich chocolate, and decadent red velvet, as well as various frosting types. Kids will also have the option to decorate their cake with a fondant sculpture or classic cake styling.

Our Birthday Cake Class is priced at ฿1,550+ for a single child, with the added bonus of bringing a friend along for free!

Our classes are designed for kids aged 4-12 and offer a fun and educational experience. Classes are perfect for single kids or small groups, up to 5 kids.

All our classes are hands on, kids will learn baking skills and create delicious treats together. Let's bake some fun!

Presentation, Packaging

Fondant cakes take many days of sculpting and drying time to complete. The time it takes to make a fondant cake depends on the complexity of the design. The earlier you order your cake, the better.Our most complex cakes like the Kraken and other complex characters can take days to complete.We require you to order your cake 5 days or more in advance.

Your imagination is the only limit to what we can create. The more intricate the design, the more hours it will take to make.The size of the cake also affects how much fondant art needs to be created, in general larger cakes have more space to decorate.

You sure can! We take great pride in creating something that tastes as good as it looks.Part of the design work that goes into every cake is making sure that you can enjoy the whole thing. We we go to great lengths to get the balance of fondant and cake just right. The challenge is part of the magic!Occasionally we will use a few small toothpicks or wires to hold a characters pose but for the most part you can munch away.

Whether you're looking for something small and simple or a giant masterpiece, we can bring your imagination life. Our custom cakes are meticulously crafted from the highest quality ingredients, they are delicious, beautiful and a gift in themselves.

Tell us what you like, who the cake is for, how many people will be enjoying it, and any other details you think are important. We'll talk with you during the design phase to make sure we're on the same page. Send us any photos, links or any reference material you'd like us to look at, we'll use them as a rough design guide.

Once we've agreed on a design and price, we require a 50% deposit to secure your order.You can scan and Prompt Pay directly into our account from the payment link in the main menu.The remaining balance is due the day before your pickup or delivery.

Your order is confirmed once we have received your deposit. At that time We will send you a message confirming the due date of your cake.If your deposit is not received within 5 days of your chosen due date your order is not guaranteed.

Unfortunately, we do not offer same-day pickup. All of our orders are made-to-order to ensure the freshest and most delicious cupcakes, cakes, baking boxes we kindly ask that you place your order 24-48hrs in advance.Custom cakes necessitate bookings at least 5 days in advance.When placing your order you can select your order date from the calendar, days marked in red are fully booked.

Our order system will ask you the necessary questions we have to fill your order,If you have specific preferences or special requests let us know in the 'Notes' section and we'll do our best to cater to your needs.If we have any further questions we will message you for additional info.

Yes, payment is required to confirm your order.Payment can be made via transfer to our K-bank account, either directly or with PromptPay.You can find the necessary details both on our <a href='/payment' className='text-brand-gold-500'>payment page</a> and on the receipt emailed to you when placing your order or booking.

Custom cakes require more planning and attention to detail, and we want to make sure everything is set in place before we start baking. Once we have finalised your request we will quote you a final price, your payment is required to confirm your order.

Order is confirmed once you make payment and send us confirmation with your order number.In the rare event of any changes to your order we will contact you via your preferred messenger.

You can make payment via direct deposit to our K-bank account. The details for this can be found on our <a href='/payment' className='text-brand-gold-500'>payment page</a> or your emailed reciept.

All baking classes are for 1-2 kids with a maximum of 6 kids.If you require a larger class booking we will need to discuss on a class by class basis.

No, under normal circumstances we don't encourage it.We find most kids are more focused and participate better without a parent beside them. With a little free space we notice the following:<ul><li>Kids practice their English more!</li><li>Shy kids tend come out of thier shell :)</li><li>Kids develop better communcation skills rather than relying on a parent (even kids without strong language ability).</li><li>Most importantly, kids enjoy coming back to thier parents and showing them what they've made!</li></ul>Parents can always observe class from outside the studio and are 100% welcome to stay in our waiting/play area.There will also be plenty of opportunity to ake photos between class breaks.

Kids baking classes are aproximately 1.5-2hrs long. Times may vary slightly depending on how skilled/attentive the kids are and how many kids are in the class.

Birthday classes are tailored to each kids birthday. They require more planning and preparation than a regular class.Bookings must by made 5 days in avanceKids can bring a friend for free. Due to the greater complexity of birthday classes we do not offer larger group sizes.

We want to make sure you have a spot secured in our baking classes, your class booking is confirmed upon payment.Once you complete the payment process, your spot will be reservedIn the rare event of any required changes to your class or class time we will contact you via your preferred messenger to discuss.

We offer 2 types of delivery.<ul><li>Local Delivery: 60 THB Old Town, Suthep, Nimman and Santitham</li><li>Grab Delivery: 150 THB Outer city center, extends aprox. 10km</li></ul>

If youre picking up your order in person please keep the following in mind.<ul><li>Carry your cake or cupcakes flat. Scooters can be difficult unelss you have a passenger to help.</li><li>Drive gently, you don't want the cake or decorations slipping around, avoid bumpy roads!</li><li>Keep it cool 1-3°, make sure the car has air-con on and the the cake is kept out of the sun as much as possible.</li></ul>

Yes you should keep them between 1-3°c in the fridge or packed with ice in a cooler.

If you're keeping your cake at a restaurnt beforehand make sure it is placed flat in the fridge and kept consistently cool.

Sure, when making your booking plaease check the 'Peanut allergy' box when filling out your info.

We do our best to cater to your dietary needs. Enter any specific notes when filling out your order info.Please note, some dietary can be difficult to cater for, we will message you to discuss if we have any further questions.

No, vegan options/variants aren't available. Luckily Chiang Mai has plenty of specialist vegan bakeries to choose from.

It really depends on the kids, usually about 30 minutes of decoration time. More complex boxes like the Christmas Gingerbead House can take longer.

It's possible but not reccomended. Baking boxes have Royal Icing and other perishable ingeredients that might be affected by temparature.If you're taking gifts home some of our customers have carried boxes on flights back to Bangkok.

You should keep icing and piping bags in the fridge.You may need to kneed the icing till its soft and mixed if it hardens in the fridge before using.
