Unfortunately, we do not offer same-day pickup. All of our orders are made-to-order to ensure the freshest and most delicious cupcakes, cakes, baking boxes we kindly ask that you place your order 24-48hrs in advance.

Custom cakes necessitate bookings at least 5 days in advance.

When placing your order you can select your order date from the calendar, days marked in red are fully booked.

Our order system will ask you the necessary questions we have to fill your order,

If you have specific preferences or special requests let us know in the 'Notes' section and we'll do our best to cater to your needs.

If we have any further questions we will message you for additional info.

Yes, payment is required to confirm your order.

Payment can be made via transfer to our K-bank account, either directly or with PromptPay.

You can find the necessary details both on our payment page and on the receipt emailed to you when placing your order or booking.

Custom cakes require more planning and attention to detail, and we want to make sure everything is set in place before we start baking. Once we have finalised your request we will quote you a final price, your payment is required to confirm your order.

Order is confirmed once you make payment and send us confirmation with your order number.

In the rare event of any changes to your order we will contact you via your preferred messenger.

You can make payment via direct deposit to our K-bank account. The details for this can be found on our payment page or your emailed reciept.

All baking classes are for 1-2 kids with a maximum of 6 kids.

If you require a larger class booking we will need to discuss on a class by class basis.

Kids baking classes are aproximately 1.5-2hrs long. Times may vary slightly depending on how skilled/attentive the kids are and how many kids are in the class.

Birthday classes are tailored to each kids birthday. They require more planning and preparation than a regular class.

Bookings must by made 5 days in avance

Kids can bring a friend for free. Due to the greater complexity of birthday classes we do not offer larger group sizes.

We want to make sure you have a spot secured in our baking classes, your class booking is confirmed upon payment.

Once you complete the payment process, your spot will be reserved

In the rare event of any required changes to your class or class time we will contact you via your preferred messenger to discuss.

Please message us on the day if you are going to pickup at a later time.

We offer 2 types of delivery.

• Local Delivery: 60 THB
  Old Town, Suthep, Nimman and Santitham
• Grab Delivery: 150 THB
  Outer city center, extends aprox. 10km

If youre picking up your order in person please keep the following in mind.

• Carry your cake or cupcakes flat. Scooters can be difficult unelss you have a passenger to help.
• Drive gently, you don't want the cake or decorations slipping around, avoid bumpy roads!
• Keep it cool 1-3°, make sure the car has air-con on and the the cake is kept out of the sun as much as possible.

Yes you should keep them between 1-3°c in the fridge or packed with ice in a cooler.

If you're keeping your cake at a restaurnt beforehand make sure it is placed flat in the fridge and kept consistently cool.

Sure, when making your booking plaease check the 'Peanut allergy' box when filling out your info.

We do our best to cater to your dietary needs. Enter any specific notes when filling out your order info.

Please note, some dietary can be difficult to cater for, we will message you to discuss if we have any further questions.

No, vegan options/variants aren't available. Luckily Chiang Mai has plenty of specialist vegan bakeries to choose from.

It's possible but not reccomended. Baking boxes have Royal Icing and other perishable ingeredients that might be affected by temparature.

If you're taking gifts home some of our customers have carried boxes on flights back to Bangkok.

You should keep icing and piping bags in the fridge.

You may need to kneed the icing till its soft and mixed if it hardens in the fridge before using.
